Este curso explora el futuro de los hoteles sostenibles, donde podrá aprender de los dos mejores hoteles sostenibles del mundo y podrá desarrollar su propio plan hacia una mayor sostenibilidad. El curso aborda en primer lugar la puesta en marcha de la sostenibilidad en los hoteles analizando el significado y la importancia de la sostenibilidad en los hoteles. Además, se señala cómo generar compromiso y establecer un equipo de "sostenibilidad" o "verde" en un hotel. Se introduce en un plan de gestión de la sostenibilidad. Además, el módulo profundiza en la gestión de los recursos clave, a saber, el agua, la energía y los residuos.

El curso se completa con el tema de la participación de las partes interesadas y la comunicación de la sostenibilidad.
